I went in this morning as a new patient, and the clerk asked for my insurance and ID. About ten minutes later, she said she had called the secondary insurance company, and they said they did not work with Dr. Kannan, so I would have to leave. This seemed very strange to me and I asked for an explanation. The clerk became very hostile and argumentative, so I left. I really like Dr. Kannan so feel sorry to leave a negative review. However, the front office definitely need to be improved. I left a message several time but it never delivered. In addition, they never answer the phone so it went to directly answering machine. I am not sure whether I need to stay with Dr. Kannan since it is impossible to reach her without physical appt.
I have been with the doctors for over two years now and they are great. They always work me in when I need an emergency appointment and when I need prescription refills they are great at sending them. I really recommend this doctor. Their staff is nice and the doctors are great.
