I love Dr. Kannan so much. She's kind, thoughtful, intelligent, and listens carefully. The nurses are the same way. I've had issues with the office staff blowing me off when I call, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because the management has changed. However, the in-office phlebotomist is rude, misogynistic, combative, and refuses to take responsibility for his actions (losing my blood the first time). Among other things, he told me to stop breathing on his stuff when I was trying to calm myself down (blood work ... read more
