I have been seeing Doctor Kannan for over 8 years. I see her as the best Primary Doctor in the world. She is the most humane person. She will do all within to help her patients.
I came in for an annual wellness check and was surprised at the end of my visit with news that somewhere along the way this had no longer become a wellness check and it was now being billed "differently". Since I spoke with the Dr. for about five minutes over a VERY mild case of eczema in a couple spots and Dr. Kannan seemed pretty reasonable and sharp, I was surprised by this, but with how nonchalant she was about this update, I assumed I would get a reasonable/minor bill.
