Dr Jampaulas staff was so rude to me today! I don't think they know the pain that comes with Rhumatoid arthritis . I think if they even cared they would have a little more compassion!!!
I have a billing concern and instead of trying to assist, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time they have acted this way, and when I advised that I would discuss it with the doctor when I go in to see him, they then cancelled my appointment. I will find another doctor due to the staff at the Decatur office. I would NOT recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Jampala for over 10 years. I've been to the Huntsville office and the Decatur office. I have not had any problems or issues with the staff or with Dr. Jampala.He once called me after an appointment to let me know he had received more of my bloodwork back and that I was anemic. He had already set up my appointment for the next day with my hematologist. Each time I call, the front staff has always been very friendly and accommoding.
receptionist is at an all time low I took a paper in to get filled out for my job and called around the clock to make sure it got done, even told her my job was on the line an se still brushed m off like it was nothing.. I asked if I needed to find another Dr she told that was up to me... these people don't care about anyone
