I had a prescription prescribed by him I'm in so much pain 😢 and it was never sent to the pharmacy it's been 2 days it should've been sent ASAP from DR Goli I'm so upset

I have been trying to get my doctor's no feel two different times for the first time. Took over a month the second time. Still waiting on. I'm practically begging at this point for them to sign my paper so I can get back to work. I basically been out of work for 2 months because of this
Dr Goli is a nice doctor. But he has no idea on how his staff neglects his patients. I got a Urinary tract infection on 6/11 & left a sample of urine on 6/12. It took till 6/16 for him to prescribe an antibiotic. His choice is not covered by my Aetna health insurance. A generic version that would be covered he could switch out & send the clinical documentation to get prior authorization. It's 6/18 & Wal-Mart pharmacy informed me this still hasn't taken place.
