If I could leave 0 star review I would. And I don’t go out of my way to do reviews very much this dentist office is absolutely horrible. I’ve never been so disappointed and upset with a business ever ! Starting off with the staff extremely rude and unwelcoming. They quoted me 5 thousand dollars worth of repairs and pulled a tooth that I was told by my new dentist shouldn’t have been pulled my new dentist quoted me 1500. Make that make sense. These staff members and dentists are truely wonderful!. I’ve been going for several years and have seen many dentists in the area. There services are perfect the staff are so friendly and informative I’ve never felt ashamed or left in the dark on future treatment plans customized fully to my budget. Coming to this office has improved my quality of life and dental health and they have inspired me to keep coming back. This is the best team I’ve ever experienced and I can’t recommend them enough. Very friendly atmosphere.
My son is terrified of dentists. Dr. Bhatt made him so comfortable. Talked to him the whole time during his appointment. Told him what he was doing asked him what he was scared of, assuring him he will be alright. I wanted to say thank you for taking the stress off of him while he was getting his cavities done (without freezing) He was so happy after we went home! The whole staff was AMAZING! Thank you.
