As usual, my experience was as I have expected. The assistant was professional. She explained what she was about to do before performing the task. Explanations were clear and precise. I sure would recommend this office.
I had my teeth cleaned by Hyatt today. She did an excellent job. I’ve been coming to this office for many years. Great staff.
Ashley did a great job, and I enjoyed the visit. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. I’ve seem some girls clean teeth like they were scaling fish. Ashley was very gentle with sensitive teeth. I’ve had other girls put tears in my eyes from being so rough! Thanks Ashley!!🌹🌹

I've only been to the office one time since Dr. Ho has owned the practice for my dental cleaning. My hygienist Heidi was very good. She explained that she would be using a new technique in cleaning using a pressured water type cleaning tool. I loved the feeling of having very clean teeth afterwards. She was gentle and yet very thorough. Afterwards, upon meeting Dr. Ho for his checking all teeth and work, I liked him very much. He was very personable and thorough. I have the highest regard for Dr. Ho--I had to have an old crown removed and replaced which could have been quite an ordeal but Dr. Ho and his nurse were very patient and as gentle as possible. When the new crown came in the "bite" was perfect but Dr. Ho said if this doesn't feel right later come back-- "Don't just get used to it". After a couple days I noticed it felt like I had something in the side of my mouth--almost like a miniature jaw breaker--I realized the side of the crown needed to be shaved down a little bit.
