Dr. Victoria Bird was able to diagnose my recurrent condition, where other Urologists have failed. She takes her time to get a full medical history, listens, and explains the plan of care thoroughly. She is an excellent communicator and has an empathetic bedside manner. My quality of life has improved since I have been under her care.
Dr. Bird does not listen to her patients. She is condescending and assumes things about patients. She does not care about getting to the root of her patients problems. Going to see this doctor is a waste of time! After working in the medical field for over ten years, I can say she has the worst bedside manner. Rushes through consults with patients, doesn't look at her own CT imaging.
