She cheated me out of $2,500 saying that it was because the insurance didn’t cover the entire mouthguard. In the beginning she tried to get me to pay her $5,000 as a deposit, but I refused. So she had me pay $2,500 instead, saying that she would reimburse me for the entire amount. But she only billed my insurance for $1,100 and then kept my entire $2,500 and absolutely refused to refund it. Do NOT work with her or her company.
