I saw five doctors before I chose Dr. Phan. He did both my meniscus repair and eventually my knee replacement. If you want great care, choose Dr. Phan.
Can’t say enough good things about this doctor. My whole family is very happy with his expertise.
I work at medical center and I have to take off work to make my appointment, they have policy if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, they will charge you 50 dollars but no compensation for you if they give you less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. I have made appointment about 8 times since I started going to him and four times, they rescheduled me, twice the day before but the other two the day of appointment and the last one was 10 minutes before my arrival. Seen Dr.Phan 3x for heel pain which he later discovered was a tear in my tendon. Always very knowledgeable and helpful as well as office staff.
My husband broke his hip on Sept 11 2019 . Dr. Phan repaired with screws in surgery. He was the on call doctor and spent less than 10 minutes with us in hospital explaining our options. From the beginning of his stay in rehab, he only saw him twice after surgery. He kept increasing his stay in rehab. 3 months later, my husband could not walk. DR VICTOS IS NOT BAD MD, HIS PROBLEM IS HIS FRONT DESK PEOPLE.
I got in quickly compared to other orthopedic offices. 1st time ever breaking a bone. I was scared! Dr. Phan and his staff was very informative. They were there for me from the beginning to end! Thank you!
He asked questions that had no relevance to my sons issues. Wrote down false information pertaining to the problem which has me believing that he never took time to understand the real issue. I had to request and MRI instead of being offered one. Then the Office was unwilling to schedule an MRI the day we needed it done and insisted they would try the following day with no promises.... We were told this was sports medicine doctor and I do believe we were misinformed by the office staff.
Great experience Super satisfied will recommend to all and will return if needed in the future!
