I've seen Dr. Lizarraga several times. He seems to offer good treatment and advice, but appears to be somewhat rushed, spending little time with patients.
Very friendly and attentive
This was my first meeting with as a PCP (my previous one retired) He came totally unprepared and spent the 'annnual check meeting' discussing my refills for medications that I used for many years . Then he had the audacity to consider these as 'additional items' and charged me for these as being NOT part of the annual check out. With my previous PCP these items were done very smoothly by a call to a nurse.
Very professional and caring
Lots of waiting rooms between kidney X-ray, administration, and doctors office. Dr visit was excellent.

fast and efficient, hardly and delay between the appointment time and seeing Dr. Lizarraga. Really like the time he spends with the patient and explains exactly what is happening and what the choices are and has a clear plan forward.
He is very knowledgeable and a good listener. Good advice.
