I have known "Dr. Vic" since 1989. He is a master of his science, and even strives to make his own innovations, making his care better. I have a "filling" he experimented on me. He told me it was an amalgam he had just developed. 36 years and still holding strong. I'm making this review because I saw some who claimed Dr. Vic is "blunt" or "rude". I take issue with those.
