I'm surprised with the negative reviews of Dr. Gordon and staff. My experience was exact opposite. The front office staff, medical assistant and back office staff were all friendly, polite and efficient. Dr. Gordon spent a great deal of time with me reviewing my records, asking and answering questions and explaining the next steps of care and why. I found Dr. Gordon to be professional, easy to talk to and reassuring.
If l could give zero stars, I would! What an awful experience with Mr Gordon. He's very arrogant, and obnoxious. He behaves as if he has all the answers, but without all the information. I'm traumatized by my experience, having to have walked out crying, without any resolution to my sleep issues, that is compounded by my other difficult health issues. He ought to be ashamed of the way he treats his patients. I advise all to stay far, far away!
I had a private discussion with Dr. Gordon Regarding a minor, my child and the legal proceedings that was quite uncomfortable to even speak of. Dr. Gordon assured me that it will be documented on the dates my daughter was seen and the necessary steps, leaving out the legalities of her being also seen at the hospital while written again, leaving at Legal. I have been a patient of Dr Gordon for quite some time. He’s a very good doctor and always friendly. He’s also very knowledgeable and never rushes you. Give him a try because you definitely won’t be disappointed!
The front desk person, Patty, was excellent to deal with and very helpful. During a follow up appointment with the doctor I felt like I had to defend myself. If your case is not cut and dry you may have a hard time getting the help help you really need.
