I have been calling and emailing for the past 2 months and they are not answering the phone or the emails. When I call the answering service One of their agents told me to just find another doctor if they're not returning my calls or my emails. So I guess that's what I'm going to have to do. I liked working with Dr Gonzalez but them not answering the phones or returning emails is very unprofessional.
Staff was very nice and Dr was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things and answered every question and I never felt as if I was being rushed….. update today is 10/17/2023 and I have not been able to reach them in a month no return phone calls I drove 2 1/2 hours to his office and still nothing can someone check on them or give us an update so that we as the patient will know what our next move is… thank you
