Explained in detail. Drew pictures on a board to explain my procedure. Was so considerate of our questions. My surgery went perfect. Appreciate his knowledge.
Dr. Ortiz did my bilateral Breast cancer lumpectomy surgery, he has the kindest bedside manners, very well spoken explains everything in a professional manner, I can say I was truly blessed to have him as my surgeon. In 2024 for my left BC and 2025 for my right BC,my scars are barely visible
Dr Ortiz was my surgeon when I had to have my breast Cancer- he did an excellent surgery - was very professional n knew exactly what to do. I still get follow-up checkups n he answers all my questions as needed. Of course he had another oncologist to work with too - I have to give credit to Dr Segal who is also an excellent surgeon too!! Dr Segal still keeps up with my follow-ups n is very good in returning answers to my questions.
