booked appointment for 10 am, secretary offered a seat, while all the seats were occupied.... Had to wait 40+ minutes - and this is taking in consideration that I pay for their services!!!Avoid this clinics at all costs!
I have been trying to book an appointment with this clinic and they said no to me directly as I dont have a health card of quebec. I said I have private insurance and if that does not work I shall pay the amount whatever it may be but my condition is in the state of minor emergency. Being in the healthcare sector, they should understand the condition of patient and accommodate if they have space. They had appointments available but they did not give me deliberately. Horrible health care system :(
I requested information by mail and they responded very quickly with everything I need. When I went to the clinic I was very well attended, there are people who speak Spanish and that helped me a lot.
