Dr Mai listens. Discussing alternative views. Respects the fact that I have health care related background.. Medic during Vietnam plus LLUMC post Orthopedic Surgery medical assistant. And have studied & taught health & wellness, diet and nutrition over 60 years…. She's truly a professional Primary Physician for me.. and that’s really appreciated . During our videophone appointment, she was very understanding of my limitations due to severe hearing loss and the need to use HAs.. Never felt rushed..
Easy to get an appointment, check-in was fast and efficient, very little wait time and the doctor and staff were thorough and spent enough time to make sure everything was taken care of. Great thing is being able to get blood work done in the same office and referral are quick!

I have had Doctor Mai as my primary care doctor for years. She always listen to my health problems and helps to get the help I need to solve my problems.
Every body there are so professional and friendly
I have had Dr Mai as my primary doctor for about 8 years. Have always been treated very well. I then unfortunately fell and broke both of my legs at the same time and was in rehab hospital. Dr Mai showed such concern and personally called me at the hospital to make sure I was ok and to let me know to call her if I needed any assistance with anything. That made me feel that she treated me as a person first, then her patient. Highly recommend Dr Mai, she is a caring individual and a great doctor.
Dr Mai is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, patient, and caring doctor. She takes time to explain things to us. We are very satisfied that all issues are addressed in one visit. She is very easy going, caring, and genuine so we feel very comfortable with her. She is the best provider that we have so far! It is so rare to have a provider who actually cares!
