Mrs. Debbie and Dr. Alberts, together, run the greatest practice in the Panhandle. As a patient for nearly 10 years, they have ALWAYS handled any of my questions, concerns and all-around, mental health, with superior judgement and knowledge. Feeling understood is an amazing feeling when you’re not sure what steps to take to get there. Mrs. Debbie is the greatest medical receptionist I’ve ever met. I can’t say enough about this provider! She goes above and beyond where others would not. She takes time out of her busy schedule to make sure you have the care that is necessary! Her receptionist is exceptional! She listens to your multiple concerns and never gets frustrated or annoyed like most would! Thank you guys for all that you do!!! Dr. Vicki Albert's and Debbie are absolutely incredible! I wish I had found this gem of a place a long time ago. Vicki truly listens, cares, validates you and your struggles, gives you a voice in your healthcare, and is honest. She can tell who truly needs help with their mental struggles and who doesn't. It was well worth the three month wait to see Dr. Alberts. She is booked up all the time because she is excellent at her job. I have seen many mental health practitioners over the years and I was so impressed with Dr. Alberts. She was incredibly knowledgeable, gave a thorough assessment, and was kind and empathetic. I left with a more accurate diagnosis then I think I have ever been given, as well as a plan of action and steps for follow up. Highly recommended!
Absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful Ms. Albert's is! As well as her receptionist she goes above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for real and caring doctor who is so easy to talk to and she shows you nothing but compassion.
