After a lifetime of trying to find the right doctor to help me not only with my medications-but she’s the first doctor who I’ve had that’s listened. There aren’t enough stars for her & the boss Debbie :) I’m teasing- but Debbie, the office manager, always has a kind word & patience for each person. Together the entire practice is the only place I recommend to anyone even if they’re not sure it’s for them, I always say give her the opportunity to help you or she’ll help you find what is right, even if it’s not with her. I would recommend Dr. Albert’s to anyone looking for a psychiatrist. I never needed one until a few years ago. I have never been rushed at my appointments, even when they lasted a couple of hours. She has always been patient, truly cares, and really does listen to your concerns. I have nothing but great things to say as she has helped me tremendously.
Absolutely the worst office! Don't go there if you have any allergies to cats. It's sad she should have been a vet instead of a psychiatrist. Psychiatrist should help you with your mental health not cause more stress on you. She takes better care of her cats than her patients. Good luck with getting through to the office they let it go to the machine and don't bother calling you back. God forbid you have a mental crisis she's never in the office.
