This is the worst facility ever, you cannot get a hold of the doctor and the front office staff are the rudest people imaginable. I called several times and the female front desk receptionist was extremely rude. I was hung up over 5 times and was told she didn't have time to answer my call. What kind of a business is this I wish I knew her name but she flately refused to give me her name, The office number I called was 805-563-0024. Save yourself and don't go to this doctor if they have such awful people working for them.

David C. Seltzer is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. He is very rude. He was always screaming at me. He is does not care about his patients. He goes from room to room to see a scheduled patient. He does not return phone calls. First he practiced in Tarzana, CA, Then West Hills, CA and now he is in Santa Maria, I would think he would want to retire by now.
