Edit September: So glad I made the change from this vet to a different one. Everything was more transparent and where we were told we need to make 2 additional trips for vaccines and then pay 2 separate visits, we were able to find a competent doctor that understood that at the age and weight we could complete the vaccines more efficiently. LET ME BE CLEAR: the MAIN reason I left this doctor is that the front staff need to be trained properly in delivering information and rates to the customer. This vet is the vet to go to if your pet needs the help. Our cat fell from a 4 story balcony and they took her in without an appointment and did everything they could to save her life for a VERY reasonable price. Not once did they offer euthanasia which was comforting to know they weren’t giving up on her. They called me to let me know her procedure was completed without any complications, and the vet tech that was watching her overnight gave me a lengthy email describing everything that happened throughout the night and als... read more
