Dr. Veronica Hamilton and her staff go above and beyond for their patients. Our son has special needs and she made sure to get him all of the needed services at the hospital for his teeth. She is truly invested in her patients! She is very knowledgeable and meticulous when it comes to each of her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Hamilton!
I thought this business was ran by some capable and understanding people, but found out otherwise. They're more like Putin. LOL Because of Covid, our 2 years had lapsed, and they wouldn't make an exception to allow my son to return. It wasn't necessary to be that strict in this circumstance. You made the wrong call. The ONLY reason we lapsed on the two years was because you didn't call us with a follow-up, and neither did we, because we were in the midst of a pandemic. Thanks for adding insult to injury.
