This dentist (Jett) refused to provide service and did not provide a reason even after repeated calls. He is a participating dentist in our dental plan so we have reported his unprofessionalism to our insurance company. Too bad we cannot rate him lower than 1 star.
I walked in and never got the full welcoming from the staff. I stood at the window waiting on someone to open it for quite some time. As I was filling it out, one of the ladies opens the window and says “Are you done yet girl?” I turned my paperwork in and then went back to get my wisdom tooth removed. When I got to the back they were a little more respectful and welcoming but not by much.
I had a really great experience at this office! The staff, hygenists, and doctors were all so nice. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.
