I really wanted to like this doctor but the support staff at VCU/MCV's Department of Urology derailed all chances. They did not return 11 phone calls from a patient. Eleven. Then, when I got United Health Insurance involved and they tried calling, their phone calls were also ignored. I don't mean ignored by just the receptionist.
