Receptionist and Hygienist were both friendly, but I would not return for Dr. Vera Pavlova as my general dentist. Her bedside manner was terrible and she did not make me feel welcomed at all. When she came in, she stood leaning on the wall close to the door even though the chair faced opposite of the door, so I had to uncomfortably turn my head while speaking to her the whole time. Dr. Vera Pavlova is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She’s not only incredibly professional and skilled, but also has a real gift for making you feel comfortable and cared for.
