Dr Kinzel operated on my elderly mother when she had a fall and broke her femur. Mum had broken her (same) femur 3 1/2 yrs prior and recovered really well. There was absolutely no follow up with the dr, her receptionist was lovely but unfortunately it still didn't result in mum getting a follow up phone call or replies to my numerous emails. I would highly recommend Dr Kinzel for shoulder surgery. Very professional and experienced. Knew exactly how to fix me. Kelly, her patient manager, is very kind and accommodating to all for Dr Kinzel patient's. They make the perfect team.
Doesn’t turn up for scheduled appointments staff at medical centre can’t contact her totally incompetent I guess we in western Sydney are not good enough
Dr Kinzel and staff are a totally professional team. Dr Kinzel explained the procedure for my shoulder surgery and Dr.Kinzel made me confident that the outcome would be successful and it was.
