I had a great experience with Dr. Vent - booking online was easy to do, and the tech arrived at the scheduled time. Throughout the process the tech kept me informed of what they were doing, and showed photos of the lint they were clearing (which was a lot). Additionally, they went above and beyond by cutting away some of the old dryer vent hose to improve the dryer efficiency, cleaned out the inside of the dryer, and gave me clear and useful instructions on how to continue to maintain the system. David was professional, quick, precise and clearly an expert. I would have my home dryers serviced by him again.
David was great. As various unexpected issues came up he clearly had seen it before and had a ready plan for it. He was happy to explain what he was doing as we he went along, which I appreciated. I would happily recommend him to others.
