Dr. Sanchez and her staff are supportive, helpful and go the extra mile to make things work. I have yet to meet her in person but the telehealth appts have worked very well. I feel listened to and heard. One medication is not available locally and although the process seemed very involved at first, it wasn't. One of the best parts?
