She very nice and understanding when it comes to my children needs. The staffs that work under her are very nice and sincere as well and always informing and willing to answer all your concerns and questions. Professional with the since of formality. I always feel welcomed and that a plus.
Very bad. I call today because my child needs to receive attention. At first the nurse tell me they accept my insurance. But two minutes later told me they are not accepting new Horizon pacients. Very bad
