The customer service is horrible. Why they feel it's important to have a meeting during office hours, is very inconsiderate. We were the first 2 to sign in. An hour later, we're still waiting. They serviced people before us. Once I questioned the lady at the front desk, she said it was because our other appointments were at 9:30 and 10:30. That has nothing to do with drawing blood. In my opinion she’s not a good doctor/person. I’ve been to many doctors and all of them make me feel welcome. I would try another doctor before I go to her.

As a concerned citizen, I must raise an urgent issue regarding one of the medical billers at this practice: Lessley Hernandez. This woman has a history of substance abuse, posing a serious threat to patient safety and the integrity of the practice. Immediate action is needed to address this situation and protect both patients and the practice's reputation.
This practice is losing the ability to care for their patients. I waited for no reason today, and they all were in the front desk area. The disrespect from the MA today and the lack of care from the MD, when I explained what happened today. I think this practice is losing that we are human and that our feelings matter. I am currently looking for a different Hematologist that is in Cypress/Katy.
