My first impression was that "this is a factory with a conveyor belt for patients". My scheduled procedure at the Holy Cross went very well. My first impression came back with a 2 x 4 . . . . impossible to get through to the office - you have to send an email to "Reception" which is not a problem as I am on the internet - HOWEVER - I'm still waiting 48 hours later for a response. Not impressed at all with clerical support.
We came to see Dr Vivian Hill as a last resort after my daughters failed surgery at another clinic in Calgary. Everything about our experience from the clinic staff to the day of surgery went so smoothly. Dr Vivian Hill corrected my daughter’s eye issues and her recovery took less than 1 week with very little discomfort. Her aftercare and follow up phone calls were a lovely personal touch that we truly appreciated. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional and I would highly recommend Dr Vivian Hill.
