Poor bedside manner. She appears to be in a rush. Does not introduce herself. She saw my mom for less than a few minutes and they charge our insurance as if they are seeing the patient for 20 minutes. I consider this unethical, poor patient care, and sloppy volume medicine. They are also handing out cards for appointment times that are not showing up on NorthShore Connect making me wonder how many patients do they really see in a day?
