Wow, I decided to give this office a try based on all the great reviews. Unfortunately, I just got off the phone with the receptionist, and the experience was disappointing. She was quite rude and unwelcoming. Receptionists are the first point of contact for a practice, and their attitude sets the tone for the entire experience.
