Mother was having reflux like symptoms and he did not inspect it further, nor even investigate the possibly of something as simple as acid reflux. It turned out, with a 2nd opinion, it was congestive heart failure. Dr Pudicheri’s persistent refusal to further inspect issues is a constant issue.
Doctor great. But I receive so many calls for appointment reminder, refill appointment, and reschedule appointment that it's very annoying. Also you can't great a refill on your medication unless you go in every other month for an appointments. My husband found a new doctor because of all the calls and an appointments. The receptionist called me 10 times within a day for a hospital follow up for my father, I had to block there number. But I have never received some many calls and appointments in my life. I switched from my doctor to Dr. Puducheri when my current doctor was not listening to me. I was desperate for help with my condition. Unlike my other doctor, Dr. Puducheri listened, investigated and helped me right way. He wasted no time and was unbelievably kind and professional! I am incredibly grateful for him!
