If we were to judge Dr Vartan on the basis of objective benefit to society, I think he has benefited the city of Glendale more than the city council, mayor, and police department combined. He, and his office treat the residents of the entire city of Glendale, and do a damn good job at it too. I’ve been coming here for years, and they are great.
