Diabetes patient education, facilitation and empowerment is lacking. There is no patient education and training piece. Determination of insurance coverage for prescribed medications and supplies only happens at the pharmacy causing care to take days to be initiated. The patient portal goes unanswered. Dr. Babu is pleasant and medically competent but the group would be more effective in providing continuity with a certified nurse diabetes specialist or practitioner to compliment and manage patient care.

The doctor is amazing! She communicates well and includes the patient in decisions. Her office staff leave things to be desired at times, but dr Babu is great!

Worst office in terms of communication! I have sent referrals from my previous endo twice in a matter of 2 weeks and have been constantly following up to schedule a new patient appointment. Each time I have called, I have been told about a number of issues which can be directly communicated with the referring office as they have attempted to contact your office directly several times!
