We had an awful experience with Dr. Vanna Jackson. My son had a severe reaction to the 4 month vaccines and she would not acknowledge that it was from the shots when it was so obvious it couldn’t have been anything else. He was only nursing and everything around him from his bed sheets, laundry detergent, clothing, etc was all organic. Dr. Jackson has been caring for my son and my daughter for over a decade. Including post divorce. She has shown utmost respect and bedside manner. She is highly knowledgeable and guiding light when it comes to health care options. She works with the family to provide a holistic approach to matters. Highly recommend.

My two daughters have seen Dr. Jackson for 6 years now (ages 5-11) and we have been very happy with her care. While the front office is imperfect, she spends quality time with each of them and in doing so learns things about their medical health we would never think to bring up. She is personable and does not rush us, and she is incredibly good with pre-adolescent girls. I highly recommend her.

I recently moved from South Atlanta to the Sandy Springs area. I did a google search for pediatric offices in the area and soon decided on SSP. I had not decided to see one specific doctor as I was new to the practice. My son was seen by Dr. Jackson and I have to admit I was completely underwhelmed. This woman is extremely arrogant, condescending and she lacks proper listening and communication skills. Something you would think would be viable traits for a doctor. I dont recommend her.

Dr Jackson was very condescending. My child was ill with high fever and rather than being caring and understanding as a pediatrician should, she acted like I was stupid and should know better. When our children get sick, we are concerned parents looking for professional advice. Yes we know how to follow directions; however, they also say consult your physician. When you're the physician on call, that means you're on call. It took 3 phone calls to the after hours number to get her to call us.

Dr Jackson is a remarkable Doctor and person. She does an excellent job of noticing the little things that many others miss. She has helped our family go through the difficult challenges of our children's teenage years with a depth of care that is increasingly rare these days. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her staff!
