Horrible la experiencia con esta doctora. Llevé a mi papá donde ella porque estaba perdiendo una uña y la doctora muy poco profesional me dijo que le pusiera los zapatos que ella no aria nada con esa uña que eso agua y jabón… mi papá terminó agarrando una gangrena que lo llevó a una sepsis que acabó con la vida de mi papá. Jamás en la vida recomiendo esta individua que mi doctora se le puede llamar a esta descarada altanera que solo está pendiente de que sus secretarias factures a los pacientes y nada más.
I am putting 1 star on this review because there is no TRASH icon. This so called doctor is rude, arrogant & a power tripping unprofessional. My mom who is 83 years old has diabetes & had ingrown toenails that needed to be trimmed. I gave them her insurance and at no point did they advise us that her insurance did not cover this. They told my sister it would be $ 90.00 & we agreed since my mom could hardly walk. She came in & advised her of the charge. My sister simply said in spanish Sra which is ma'am, we know. Dr. Vanessa Nieves is such a wonderful physician, she is so knowledgeable in her field and you can tell she absolutely loves helping others a true blessing to have found a physician so detailed oriented. I definitely will recommend to any and all.
This Dr. Vanessa Nieves has no PROFESSIONAL WORK ETHICS. She is very rude. My husband had made an appointment when we got there he wasn’t on the schedule. They took his insurance card she (the doctor?) comes out very rude to him if you want to see me it’s $150 dollars because of your deductible I said what his insurance doesn’t work that way. My experience at Dr. Vanessa Nieves was amazing, for the first time I have not felt pain on my foot when walking. Next week I will return to her office for more of the medicine that she prescribed. Thank you Dr. Vanessa Nieves
