Not only a true professional, but one who cares personally about her patients. A plus is the friendly and courteous staff.
My husband and I both had cleanings and exams and were both thrilled with our treatment. Everyone was friendly, the office was great, and the wait was nonexistent. Though they are not considered a "participating provider" for our insurance they submitted everything for us and called first to check what would be covered. Past dentists have made me feel like I was at a time-share, pressuring me to change out old fillings and add extras like whitening and fluoride treatments, but here they did no such thing. Front desk staff is obnoxious and prices are very high compared to other local dentist. Went to three appointments and received 3 very different "treatment plans"
Dr. Adolf is an excellent dentist!! Her cosmetic work is beautiful! I wish she did all the cosmetic work in my mouth. Also I have never felt her give me an injection to numb my mouth. She is so gentle and she treats you like part of her family. The staff is also very considerate and ALWAYS greet me when I walk through the door!!!
Front desk staff seems too busy to look at customers when they enter the office. Office is nice but they're charges seemed to be much higher than other dentists when I finally left and started looking elsewhere.
She has newer equipment and digital x rays, which is kind of unusual for this area. She is personable, too. Unfortunately, all three procedures she has done for me since becoming her patient have either had issues, failed, or caused other problems in my mouth. Like her as a person, do NOT like her as a dentist.
Dr. Adolf is a consummate professional, committed to making sure you have the healthiest teeth & gums possible. Even if that means sending you to another dentist or specialist -- she doesn't let her ego get in the way of your well being.
