First, I’ve been with this office for over 4 years. I have weeks reaching out trying to get an Emotional support letter from this office and they pretend to have a doctor call me regarding this matter. For some reason, the “doctor can’t reach me”, meanwhile the office and everyone else have. I’ve provided my number and email multiple times and have an emergency contact. My experience with this office was a literal nightmare Dr. Vando and the Program Director Eric Losada are the most unprofessional people I ever met. Vando, and Eric Losada not care about their Patients nor in 2 year's did I ever even meet a Doctor.. when I brought it to my PAs attention I wrote to Vando on who is my Doctor he threw Jimmy Chen under the bus, another doctor I never met. Neglected to tell me that in the 3 weeks leading up to my appt that it was cancelled and then had the audacity to schedule me for another month out. Do not give them your business. It’s a scam.
