Scheduled my appointment through ZocDoc for today at 8am with my son last week. Get there early to sign paperwork, the receptionist seen me from the door and wouldn’t open it. at 7:57AM they email me that the provider is not in clinic and they could not reach me at my number… but i received a text to confirm the day before so how is that possible? Wasted my time and had to call off work for this. I requested a call back to reschedule and 6 hours later haven’t received a call yet from the office.
Wonderful Dentist! Definitely recommend!
