I was going here for a while and really liked it. Then recently I had an appointment booked and had a personal emergency come up and had to cancel my appointment same day. I had never cancelled before. They were extremely rude and unprofessional about it and refused to let me come back as a patient over one same day cancellation due to an emergency. I completely understand that people’s time is important, but having no flexibility for true emergencies is really bizarre.
Our experience aligns with Dr. Van Beek's reputation for excellence. Performing surgeries on our son's amputated toes when he was just 2.5 years old and restoring full functionality is a testament to his outstanding skill. I had a chemical peel and dermaplaning done here today for the first time and thought that Kathy the esthetician did a great job. She really took her time with me and I more than got my money's worth for the treatment received. I have been looking for a good place to have skincare treatments done and now I have found it. I will definitely be returning here in the near future. :) My skin looks and feels great!
