Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.The receptionist/ front desk staff at Dr. Satei’s office is, without exaggeration, one of the most difficult people I have ever dealt with.
Wonderful doctor and human being. We're very blessed to have him as our family doctor.
The lady at the front desk is very rude and always rushes people. The office hours are from 9 to 3, but she tells people they are closing after 1. She treats newcomers and immigrants poorly and always speaks loudly.
