Beware. Sabal has misfiled our insurance claims and overcharged for our services. We have been waiting since November 2024 for a reconciliation of the errors in insurance filings and the charges for which we were required to pay. We call the office regularly to ask the status of the refund due us. Today, the staff hung up on our call. Our resolution now is to report to Medicare what we believe are fraudulent practices by Rockport Sabal and Dr. Sperry.
Office will not respond to VM nor will they call you back. Appointments are back logged for 4+ months?!!!!!
Horrible experience with follow up care after a tooth extraction. Was not believed about infection and had to see someone else to get proper care and antibiotics. The support staff was great, thus the 2 stars.
Very professional and kind. Dr. Sperry as well as all the staff.
