One of the worst experiences ever with a supposed “medical professional.” My mother has bad arthritis and she did absolutely nothing for her. She referred her to a rheumatologist in Lynchburg that she had already told her was not accepting new patients. She would not prescribe the proper medication for her type of arthritis and then today, when my mother asked if she could do a virtual visit since we had to bring my father to the ER, she flatly refused and stated, “she does NOT do virtual visits.” This fits right in line wit... read more
