My daughter and myself love Dr. Mettle. She’s a beautiful person and an excellent doctor. She doesn’t give an opinion without checking your chart even years back to know exactly what happened or was done before. Always helpful and excellent professional advice from her. We certainly going to miss her. We wish her the best in her studies as she continues advancing in her profession to become a specialist in metabolism. Dr. Valerie Mettle is one of the best doctors my mother has ever had. She is professional in her manners and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, she cares so much that she called me to see how my mother was doing at night and during long weekends. Every prescription was good for my mother and on time. She and her team were a total blessing during her stay on the Bloor and Christie area. We will miss her much and wish her all blessings because she deserves them. Thank you Doctor Mettle we will always remember you.
Doctor Mettle is so unprofessional. She refused to see my grandma 75 years old because she was exactly 6 minutes late. The clinic was empty and she insisted she make a new appointment but when she goes there and has to wait for an hour to be seen is okay. We won't be going back.
I know this isn’t going to be paid attention to cuz the workers at this office are neglectful and don’t even answer the phone cuz maybe it’s someone they don’t like to hear from. whenever they see the phone and it’s someone they don’t like they don’t bother, HOW ARE YOU EVEN WORKING THERE WHAT IF ITS A SERIOUS MATTER?!? that’s disappointing. There is something wrong in this woman's head!!!She forces me to go to her office even though I had no reason to go. This is already misusing Ohip and against the law. She then proceeds to try to force me into saying I have asthma even though I don't!!! She refused to let me take the asthma test and tried to make me take medicine which I didn't need.
