At the risk of sounding creepy, I kind of wish we could be friends. She goes the extra mile and is a complete sweetheart. Kinda miss her since having my baby ❤️

Dr. Heffner was referred to me by my primary care doctor for am emergency. I had a very large irregular cyst on my left ovary. She got me in immediately and removed my cyst within 2 weeks. This was a very scary time for me and my family because this could have been ovarian cancer. Thankfully it wasn't. Dr. Heffner was very professional and knowledgeable, while also being so kind and personable. It seemed like we had known her forever. I feel very blessed to have met her and have her help me through this time.
Dr. Heffner stepped in for my primary OBGYN because she was out of town. I loved having Dr. Heffner for my first baby. She has excellent bedside manner and was very encouraging. She made me feel very comfortable during a moment in my life where I felt on display.
I really liked Dr Zuc. It was my first appointment and he listened to all my issues. He spent plenty of time with me. The appointment did not seem rushed at all. He's the first Dr since I've been in Oregon I felt cared about my well being. His staff was lovely especially the lab lady!
Good prompt service, but often re-asks info, that should be in notes from previous visits. Feel the records must not be very well organized.
Dr. Zuk is a great doctor. He listens well, and makes very good suggestions and takes care of my needs in an appropriate and effective manner.
The support staff is great! Dr. Zuk seems pretty good, but he seems too busy to spend any time. Visits are only about 10 to 15 minutes, which is only enough time to briefly discuss one thing only (i.e. back pain only, no additional questions about sleep or skin problems, etc.). I always left with more questions that Dr. Zuk, in his hurried state, obviously didn't have time to deal with. Also treated a condition of mine with heavy pills only, versus holistic approach which would have been MUCH preferred!!! Again, barely enoug... read more
