Dr Harvey is great. Most of the staff is great. Unfortunately the 2 women at the front are not great.
So this isn’t regarding Dr Valerie I’ve had her service previously when she was in VA BEACH and as you can see it has over 1k views She will forever be my favorite girl… HOWEVER HER RECEPTIONIST THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! Absolutely not! It’s already hard to get an answer than once I get an answer she was either just waking up or simply having a bad day… which I can understand and I’ll give grace but I couldn’t even make an appointment because of just rude she was please review the call someone… that’s all I’m asking…
not only no time spent on pt. but missed a skin cancer later (hopefully not too late) diagnosed at a reputable dermatologist.
Did not address reason for visit. Paid in advance for service not requested, believing it was the service requested. Point of clarity was void which created an uncomfortable end to appointment.
****BEWARE**** Find another derm - not a caring office at all as the Ofc Mgr is LAZY & doesn't bother to pick up the phone & call you if there's any issue with a bill - ridiculous. I moved last year - and because they didn't have my new address - they sent my bill to collections???!!! They had my phone # the whole time. I'm a very responsible person & always pay my bills.
