****BEWARE**** Find another derm - not a caring office at all as the Ofc Mgr is LAZY & doesn't bother to pick up the phone & call you if there's any issue with a bill - ridiculous. I moved last year - and because they didn't have my new address - they sent my bill to collections???!!! They had my phone # the whole time. I'm a very responsible person & always pay my bills. Very nice, timely, do not be late. Very good service. She knows her stuff. She's the best!
Granddaughter was provided a referral for uncertain uncomfortable serious skin condition and Dr Harvey scheduled her for appt 7 weeks out which was okay because earliest online appointment was 6 months out. Was texted to check in day before appointment and did so. On early morning day of appointment received a text appointment was cancelled. The office rescheduled appointment for 4 months out. This is poor management of healthcare and emotional stress and increasing the severity of the skin problem. Very disappointing
