I love Dr. Abbott, I've been with her for 20 plus years, but this Epic is a corp. and treats you like a number. I came in the office in January and did not get a refill for my medication at that time. Called them 1 month later and they told me I had to have a 20.00 office visit in order to get my refill. Why did the PA not tell me this at my visit. I feel they are just about the dollar and not the patient. I'm not happy with this!
Dr. Abbott is the BEST. I'm a 20+ year patient!
