Very detailed physician with excellent bedside manner. Very thorough in investigating one's health, good listener, willing to go the extra mile to find answers to better health for her patients.
I’ve been with Dr Abbott for 20+years and have nothing but praises for this Physician. I have followed her to many office relocations. Approximately February 2026 I found out that she’s no longer under Abbott Group but with Epic Health. This was my first hearing of this company. March appointment I was told I would see a PA and I refused because I wanted to see my doctor. Schedule appointment May 8,2026 and upon arrival was told Dr Abbott retired. I love Dr. Abbott, I've been with her for 20 plus years, but this Epic is a corp. and treats you like a number. I came in the office in January and did not get a refill for my medication at that time. Called them 1 month later and they told me I had to have a 20.00 office visit in order to get my refill. Why did the PA not tell me this at my visit. I feel they are just about the dollar and not the patient. I'm not happy with this!
Dr. Abbott is the BEST. I'm a 20+ year patient!
