Office staff is too lazy to look up your insurance to see if they'll provide coverage - they'll insist you call your insurance provider and confirm tax ID regardless if your insurance web site says they're in network or not. If this is the type of care you get before you get in the door, I can only imagine the treatment once you're there.
I've been seeing Dr Imperial now for about 2 years. She takes her time, listens, and "connects the dots" in my health care. Ive visited quite a few doctors for different issues, and they are good at doing what they do, but I really see the difference and appreciate Dr. Imperial for caring about me and my health as a whole person, not just as a set of "parts". I am a loyal patient!

Amazing, night and day from the last OBGYN I visited at a different practice. I was seen right at my appointment time, there's pre-check-in online so you don't have to fill out a thing once you're there. The doctor I saw (I think he name is Emily, or Emma), was so nice and calm. Listened to everything I said and proposed a solution same-day. I had my blood results and pap smear back in less than 2 weeks.
