Dr. Pugnea's staff conducted taking x-rays and teeth cleaning professionally and pleasantly during my initial visit today. I was surprised at Dr. Pugnea's entrance, making his presence known with a rub of my left shoulder. Before addressing any potential dental work, he stated, as if it were news to me, that I have a cosmetic blemish above my eye and I ought to get it removed.
