The reception went horribly. Very long waiting time in the waiting room, although I arrived at the appointed time. The staff communicates with clients terribly. absolutely nothing to explain, terrible approach.Inside the room is very small, without repair, medical equipment looks bad. The worst thing is that 4(!!!) months after the reception from the insurance company I receive a confirmation for the installation of GOLDEN crowns on SEVEN teeth. There is absolutely no such thing as respect for people's time at this clinic. Delays of an hour or two before an appointment are the rule, not the exception. Come to the appointed hour, wait two hours for an appointment, and then wait in the chair for another 40 minutes while the doctors go to lunch. This is the experience of 4 people who have been treated here. You can write as much as you want that "good treatment takes time", but you should do time management if you repeatedly fail over and over again. Horrible repairs, ... read more
