He failed to properly oversee and advocate for long term care of one of his patients. He diagnosed Matt and went to the court asking to administer medication above objection. The court agreed with his diagnosis, that Matt was unable to care for himself and was a danger to himself and others. One week later he was discharged and was taken to the ER and back on the street. The facility was warned not to discharge as the likely hood to relapse was great. Well he relapsed less the 6hrs after is release. Sad.
